Work Descriptions: Asbestos Abatement, New free standing retaining wall with terracotta rain screen system include all excavation, backfill and shoring with heavy dewatering system. Waterproofing resin injection at basement walls. New concrete slab and floor finishes. Replace exterior face brick at basement walls, with cold fluid applied waterproofing system. Interior finishes including Ceramic tile flooring.
